Lt.j.g. Hector Robles from Fajardo, Puerto Rico, assigned to Patrol Squadron 4, sends out a mission essential message on board a P-3 aircraft during an aerial survey of the region. With the squadron's communication and real-time capabilities, the Navy will gain more knowledge of where it can provide vital humanitarian and relief to tsunami stricken areas of Japan. VP 4 has recently repositioned to Naval Air Facility Misawa in support of Operation Tomodachi.
