Marines from Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron, Marine Corps Air Station Futenma, use cargo net to secure a pallet of gear on the flightline here March 18. The gear will be transported to mainland Japan and used during Operation Tomodachi. III MEF Marines and sailors are supporting government of Japan-led humanitarian assistance/disaster relief operations in mainland Japan following the 9.0 magnitude earthquake and subsequent tsunami that struck northern Japan March 11.
