GINOWAN CITY, OKINAWA, Japan – The III Marine Expeditionary Force Band and the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force 15th Brigade Band perform together during the 22nd Annual Combined Band Concert Sept. 9 at the Ginowan Civic Hall in Ginowan City, Okinawa, Japan. Together they performed Alfred Reed’s “El Camino Real,” Richard Wagner’s “Elsa’s Procession to the Cathedral,” and Stevie Wonder’s “Don’t You Worry ‘Bout a Thing” from the hit movie, “Sing.” Over the years, musicians from both bands have built longlasting friendships.
