Old Glory flies, a Texan examines debris, and an Arkansas National Guard Highly Mobile Multi Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV) patrols the streets of Lumberton, Texas on Sept. 11 in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey.
Soldiers assigned to Task Force Aleutian's Damage Assessment Team, a component of Task Force Arkansas, went out into the recently flooded community of Lumberton, to report the estimated damage to every single house, within their area of operations, to their higher command.
This photo serves only as a small snapshot of the overall devastation to the areas affected by Hurricane Harvey.
