U.S. soldiers, Iraqi Army soldiers, and Iraqi police officers present arms during the playing of the Iraqi national anthem prior to the transfer and ribbon cutting ceremony of Forward Operating Base Kalsu to the 34th the Iraqi Army Division in Babel, Iraq, Feb. 28, 2011. U.S. soldiers with 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment turned over FOB Kalsu to the Iraqi army as part of Operation New Dawn.
