Members of the 164th Logistics Readiness Squadron, Tennessee Air National Guard add Virgin Islands National Guard members to a flight manifest during hurricane relief efforts at an air terminal near St. Croix’s airport, Sept. 9. In a joint effort, Soldiers, Airmen and Navy crews moved personnel and tremendous amounts of cargo from St. Croix to St. Thomas and St. John to aid Hurricane Irma recovery relief.
