Symone Simon, a member of the 662nd Engineer Company, Virgin Islands National Guard presents her military identification for manifest documentation at the Aerial Terminal Operations Center during Joint Reception, Staging, Onward Movement, and Integration at an aerial port terminal near St. Croix’s airport, Sept. 9. Thirty-six members of the Virgin Islands National Guard and Tennessee and Rhode Island Air National Guard moved personnel and tremendous amounts of cargo from St. Croix to St. Thomas and St. John to aid Hurricane Irma recovery relief.
