Marise James, briefs deploying personnel on Rules of the Use of Force during Joint Reception, Staging, Onward Movement, and Integration at an aerial port terminal near St. Croix’s airport, Sept. 9. In a joint effort, Soldiers, Airmen and Navy members moved personnel and tremendous amounts of cargo from St. Croix to St. Thomas and St. John to aid Hurricane Irma recovery relief.
