Two individuals wearing blue life vests are observing a gray naval warship from the deck of another vessel. The warship, identifiable as a Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser, is underway at sea with a visible bow wake. The overcast sky and open ocean setting suggest an at-sea naval operation or exercise.

Theodore Roosevelt is underway conducting a composite training unit exercise (COMPTUEX) with the Theodore Roosevelt Carrier Strike Group in preparation for an upcoming deployment.
