    Underwater Construction Team 2

    U.S. Navy Construction Electrician 2nd Class Philip Wall, a Seabee with Construction Diving Detachment Alfa (CDDA), Underwater Construction Team 2, briefs divers on mission objectives prior to entering the water. CDDA is searching for mooring buoy anchor legs in order to increase mooring spaces to U.S. 7th Fleet assets at Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka. CDDA is on the first stop of their six-month deployment, where they are conducting inspections, maintenance, and repairs of various underwater and waterfront facilities in support of the U.S. Pacific Fleet.
