    U.S. Navy Builder 2nd Class Kyle Foresman, a Seabee assigned to Construction Diving Detachment Alfa (CDDA), Underwater Construction Team 2, front steps into Truman Bay adjacent to Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY). CDDA is assessing the Harbor Master Pier in order to develop a comprehensive repair plan that will extend the facility’s service life providing critical berthing space for U.S. 7th Fleet assets. CDDA is on the first stop of their six-month deployment, where they are conducting inspections, maintenance, and repairs of various underwater and waterfront facilities in support of the U.S. Pacific Fleet.
