The Bod Pod is a body composition test that uses air displacement to calculate body density and body fat and is available by appointment to Schriever personnel and their dependents through the Schriever Health Promotions Program. The Bod Pod test requires users to refrain from eating and exercising two hours prior to testing as well as wear compression gear for accurate results.
