Commanding Officer, USS Ronald Reagan, Capt. Thom Burke gives his opening remarks at the grand opening of the "Hellcat Cafe" kiosk on the mess decks of the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan. The cafe was named by Reagan Sailors in honor of the film, "Hellcats of the Navy" which starred Ronald Reagan.
