Asa Kim, the new commanding officer of Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC) Fort Carson during the change of command ceremony. Lt. Cmdr. Kim was commissioned in May 2003 and recently served in Arlington, Virginia as the Director of Budget and Execution Officer.
