170716-N-WR119-052 COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (July 16, 2017) Lt. Cmdr. Colin J. O’Neil, commanding officer of Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC) Fort Carson, reads his departing orders as Lt. Cmdr. Asa D. Kim stands ready to assume the role as the new skipper. The change of command ceremony is a time honored Naval tradition that was witnessed by fellow Sailors, family members and friends on the United States Army installation Fort Carson, the “Mountain Post.” Lt. Cmdr. Kim was commissioned in May 2003 and recently served in Arlington, Virginia as the Director of Budget and Execution Officer.
