170622-N-HA376-138 PORT HUENEME, Calif. (June 22, 2017) Lt. Cmdr. Justin Spinks salutes Underwater Construction Team (UCT) 2’s flag during a change of command ceremony for the team. During the ceremony, Spinks was relieved as commanding officer of the team by Lt. Cmdr. Micheal Dobling. UCT 2 provides construction, inspection, repair, and maintenance of waterfront and underwater facilities in support of Navy and Marine Corps operations.
