Capt. Benjamin Cooper says farewell to co-workers, partners and guests at the Coast Guard Sector Delaware Bay change of command ceremony, June 23, 2017.

Cooper was relieved by Capt. Scott Anderson as commander of Sector Delaware Bay, which oversees aspects such as maritime safety, security, search and rescue and prevention for the Philadelphia, Delaware and New Jersey region.
