At the ceremony, Capt. Scott Anderson, commander, Coast Guard Sector Delaware Bay, relieved Capt. Benjamin Cooper of the duties and responsibilities of the job of sector commander.

As sector commander, Anderson will lead and oversee the Coast Guard’s missions and personnel throughout southern New Jersey, Philadelphia and Delaware.
