Command Sgt. Maj. Tresay Drapejones, command sergeant major of 3rd Battalion, 345th Training Support Regiment, 188th Infantry Brigade, discusses the medical readiness process during a New Command Teams Orientation held at 85th Support Command Headquarters in Arlington Heights, Ill., May 19-20, 2017. The orientation gave battalion command teams and Brigade Support Element staffs assigned to 85th Support Command, but operationally controlled by First Army, a better understanding of the practices and procedures that make up the hybrid relationship between First Army and the 85th SPT CMD.
