    Specialist Andrew Ortiz, a food service specialist from Company E, 307th Brigade Engineer Battalion, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, rolls out a crust for an apple tart, as a part of the Culinary Arts Cook-off May 22, 2017 at the Culinary Arts Training Center at Fort Bragg, N.C.

    The Culinary Arts Cook-off is a recent addition to the All American Week traditions. Currently in its third year, the cooking competition pits small teams of Paratroopers from different dining facilities against each other in a television-show worthy cook off. Each team presents a four-course meal to the 82nd Airborne Division leaders and they vote to determine which dining facility team is the best.
