Andrew Tullis assigned to Task Force Troy South, 1st Infantry Division, conduct an after action review of a counter improvised explosive ordnance professional development class for Iraqi police at the Contingency Operating Base Basra in Basra, Iraq. U.S. soldiers assigned to Task Force Troy EOD, 1st Infantry Division conducted these classes to assist Iraqi police for professional development in support Iraqi stabilization and Operation New Dawn.
