An Iraqi police officer graduates from a counter improvised explosive ordnance professional development class conducted by U.S. soldiers assigned to Task Force Troy Explosive Ordnance Disposal, 1st Infantry Division in Contingency Operating Base Basra, Iraq, Oct. 20. U.S. soldiers assigned to Task Force Troy EOD, 1st Infantry Division conducted these classes to assist Iraqi police for professional development in support of Iraqi stabilization and Operation New Dawn.
