    The Prime Minister of Guyana Samuel Hinds, left, meets with Guyanese patients in the medical department aboard the multi-purpose amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima. Iwo Jima is anchored off the coast of Guyana conducting a Continuing Promise 2010 humanitarian civic assistance mission.
