TAURAMA, Papua New Guinea (April 15, 2017) Col. Siale F. Diro, the Chief of Force Preparation, Papua New Guinea Defense Force, speaks to U.S. Marine Lt. Col. Patrick J. Reynolds, the commanding officer of Combat Logistics Battalion 11, 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, prior to the opening ceremony of a bilateral training exercise at Taurama Barracks, April 15. The bilateral training will include: entry control and vehicle check point procedures, escalation of force tactics, personnel searches, urban patrolling, VIP escorts, combat lifesaving techniques, field communications, and weapons maintenance.
