Nurses of Dil Chora Hospital practice patient assessment and care on U.S. Army Sgt. Julie Vosilus, 418th Civil Affairs, Charlie Company, Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa, during the first week-long emergency medical technician refresher course, a partnership between Dil Chora, soldiers of the U.S. Army 418th CA, Charlie Company, and Seabees of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 7 Oct. 15.
