Thomas Clementson, a Paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division, hands off his static line to a German jumpmaster during a U.S.-German airborne training exercise at Fort Bragg, N.C., Oct. 5. Over 800 American Paratroopers earned German jump wings during the operation, called Federal Eagle.
