Falk Oberdorf, an officer with the German army’s 31st Airborne Brigade, Special Operations Division, pins German jump wings on a Paratrooper with the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division after the soldier earned the wings at Sicily Drop Zone, Fort Bragg, N.C., Oct 7, 2010. Over three days, 800-plus Paratroopers earned German jump wings by jumping from a German aircraft with German jumpmasters.
