U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. Michael Dubie, Vermont National Guard’s adjutant general, and U.S. Army Col. Will Roy, 86th Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Mountain) commander, Task Force Wolverirne, and a Jericho,Vt., resident, review an itinerary for Dubie’s visit to Bagram Airfield Sept. 30. Dubie had a tight schedule to visit as many of the deployed Vermont Guardsmen as possible. The deployment of Vermont National Guard troops is the largest active duty call-up since World War II.
