U.S. Navy Vice Admiral Mike LeFever, commander of the Office of the Defense Representative Pakistan, speaks with U.S. Marine Corps Col. Roy Osborn, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit commander, under the shade of a CH-53 Sea Stallion, Sept. 25, at Pano Aqil Air Base, Pakistan. The 15th MEU was initially staged out of Ghazi Air Base, but transferred down to Pano Aqil to support humanitarian missions in southern Pakistan. LeFever made his first visit to Pano Aqil to personally observe first-hand Marine contributions to flood relief operations in the Sindh province.
