Officers from Uganda, Kenya and Burundi assigned to the Civil-Military Cooperation cell react to a simulated crisis, and prepare courses of action during the command post exercise of the Africa Contingency Operations Training and Assistance force headquarters training program held at the Humanitarian Peace Support School in Nairobi, Kenya, March 9, 2017.
