Uganda People’s Defence Force Maj. E.W. Nyororo serves as a member of the logistics cell, preparing information to be presented in the daily commander update brief in response to simulated events during the command post exercise of the Africa Contingency Operations Training and Assistance force headquarters program held at the Humanitarian Peace Support School in Nairobi, Kenya, March 9, 2017. The five-week course was facilitated by the U.S. Department of State and is designed to improve Africa’s military capabilities by providing selected training necessary for multinational peace support operations.
