Staff officers from the Burundi National Defense Force and Uganda People’s Defense Force work together to plan and coordinate responses to simulated events during the command post exercise of the Africa Contingency Operations Training and Assistance force headquarters training program held at the Humanitarian Peace Support School in Nairobi, Kenya, March 9, 2017.
