Sgt. Justin Modrell, an MP from Lincoln, Neb., with the 192nd Military Police Detachment, keeps runners on cousre near mile eleven of the III Corps “Historical Half,” a half marathon that took them through Camps Victory and Liberty Sept. 26. the marathon commemorated the 92nd anniversary of the beginning of the Meuse-Argonne Campaign in 1918. That campaign marked the first combat action the Corps was involved in.
