Sgt. Maj. William Sutton, a native of Hardtner, Kan., and the protection SGM for the 1st Infantry Division comes in first in the male division at 51:39 in the 9/11 Memorial Run 13K held at the U.S. Army base, Sept. 11. Sutton has organized a nine-race series with the assistance of the Equal Opportunity Office, which culminates with a half marathon in November.
