    NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Jan. 31, 2017) -- Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Handling) Devin Sibby, assigned to Pre-Commissioning Unit Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78), is named the winner of the inflatable jousting tournament and is presented with the championship belt.
