    NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Jan. 31, 2017) -- Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Handling) Devin Sibby and Electronics Technician 3rd Class Robert Kay, assigned to Pre-Commissioning Unit Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78), participate in the final match of an inflatable jousting tournament.
