Royal Thai Army (RTA) Pfc. Worrapol Sisamran, an engineer, moves tiles on the roof of a multi-purpose room for the Ban Non Lueam School in Korat Province, Feb. 9, 2017 during Cobra Gold. The RTA is working with the U.S. Air Force, Indian Army, and China’s People’s Liberation Army at Humanitarian Civic Action (HCA) Site 1. HCA programs conducted during CG17 demonstrate a mutual commitment to support security and humanitarian interests of friends and partner nations.
