U.S. Air Force 1st Lt. Matthew Scheie, the officer in charge for Humanitarian Civic Action (HCA) Site 1 (right) welcomes (from left to right) U.S. Army Col. The school is one of six HCA sites in Thailand gaining a multipurpose room during CG17.
