    U.S. Air Force 1st Lt. Matthew Scheie, the officer in charge for Humanitarian Civic Action (HCA) Site 1 (right) welcomes (from left to right) U.S. Army Col. Timothy Clemente, the OIC of Coalition Joint Civil-Military Task Force, U.S. Marine Corps Col. Burl Hudson, the OIC of Joint Exercise Support Group and U.S. Marine Corps Capt. Andrew Bagnell, a staff judge advocate with JESG, to Ban Non Lueam School, Korat Province, Feb. 9, 2017 during Cobra Gold 17. The school is one of six HCA sites in Thailand gaining a multipurpose room during CG17. Members of the U.S. Armed Forces are working alongside the Royal Thai Army, Indian Army, and China’s People’s Liberation Army, as well as, members of the local community during the construction of the school’s new room.
