A busy harbor or port scene showing multiple vessels docked at a concrete pier, with several people in what appear to be uniforms observing the boats from the dock edge. A large fishing vessel named 'SHELEY 1' with registration 'CO-18820-CN' is prominently visible alongside smaller patrol-style boats. Volcanic mountains are visible in the background, suggesting a Central American or Southeast Asian coastal location.

Fuerza Especial Naval sailors climb down from the pier at the Comando Naval Del Pacifico and board their high-speed patrol vessels to begin another day of small boat operations training with instructors from the Maritime Civil Affairs and Security Training command. The MCAST sailors spent two weeks with the FEN teaching them tactical formations and how to protect and escort high value assets as part of the United State's ongoing commitment to global maritime partnerships to help police and maintain international waters.
