    Maritime Civil Affairs and Security Training instructor Petty Officer 2nd Class Everett H. Lyons, boatswain's mate, from Bloomfield, N.J. directs a Guatemalan Fuerza Especial Naval boat team during formation exercises on the Pacific coast.
