    Maritime Civil Affairs and Security Training instructor Petty Officer 2nd Class Everett H. Lyons, boatswain's mate, from Bloomfield, N.J., conducts a post brief with Fuerza Especial Naval boat captains after a day of formation and high value escort exercises on the Pacific coast. Lyons and other members of the MCAST Guatemala small boat operations mobile training team spent two weeks with the FEN as part of a military-to-military joint training effort to help police and maintain international waters.
