A group of military personnel and civilians are gathered outside a newly constructed concrete building labeled 'C.I.E.D. building,' displaying both the German and Kurdish (Kurdistan Region) flags on a sign. The scene appears to be an official opening or inspection ceremony at what is likely a Counter-IED training facility. Multiple nationalities of military uniforms are visible, suggesting a multinational military cooperation event.
