Joint Task Force-District of Columbia soldiers and local authorities conduct crowd control at the the South Gate Entrance of the Presidential Inauguration in Washington, D.C., Jan. 20, 2017. The service members wore sworn in as special police and tasked to maintain order during the ceremony.
