A heavily tattooed man stands on a sandy beach wearing a blue neoprene wetsuit bottom with a white arrow logo, holding green swim fins. He has extensive tattoos covering his face, neck, chest, and arms, with visible text reading 'BROTHERHOOD' on his abdomen. The background shows a crowd of people in wetsuits, suggesting a triathlon or open-water swimming event.

Smithson finished 62nd in his division with a time of 6:23:34. Superfrog entry fees are donated to support military and local charities. Founded by retired Lt. (SEAL) Philip "Moki" Martin in 1979, the Superfrog was designed to train Navy SEALs and other military triathletes for the IRONMAN World Championship in Kona, Hawaii. More than half of the 13.1mile run is over sand to reflect the beach running SEALs do in training. (U.S. Navy photo by Petty Officer 2nd Class Abe McNatt)
