Sgt. John A. Taylor, of the 921st Horizontal Company from Winnsboro, La., 528th Engineer Battalion, operates a grader to level off top soil for the upper ball field at the Mansfield, La., city park. The Louisiana National Guardsmen have been helping construct a city park, as part of their annual training for the year. The project began on June 5, and will continue into August. Elements from the 205th and the 527th Eng. Bns., completed work on the project site before the Monroe based, 528th arrived, July 24.
