Spc. Cody Walker, of the 921st Horizontal Company from Winnsboro, La., 528th Engineer Battalion, operates a D7 dozer as he prepares the top soil for loading into dump trucks. The Louisiana National Guardsmen have been assisting the town of Mansfield, La., by helping construct a city park, as part of their annual training for the year. The project began on June 5, and will continue into August. Elements from the 205th and the 527th Eng. Bns., completed work on the project site before the Monroe based 528th arrived, July 24.
