Spcs. Stephen M. Johnson and Casey W. Womack, of the 1023rd Vertical Company from Bastrop, La., 528th Engineer Battalion, lay cinder blocks for the concession stand construction project, July 30. The Louisiana National Guardsmen have been assisting the town of Mansfield, La., by helping construct a city park, as part of their annual training for the year. The project began on June 5, and will continue into August. Elements from the 205th and the 527th Eng. Bns., completed work on the project site before the 528th arrived, July 24.
