Members of the 386th Expeditionary Medical Group prepare to lift a simulated patient to a U.S. Navy MH-60 Sierra helicopter July 22 as part of litter training conducted here for medics and non-medics alike. Joint training with the U.S. Navy helped the airmen communicate with each other using hand gestures and signals.
