Members of the 386th Expeditionary Medical Group transfer patients to and from a U.S. Navy MH-60 Sierra helicopter here July 22 as part of helo-interface refresher training. The joint training on loading and extraction techniques benefitted medics as well as other medical group airmen who do not routinely handle patients on a day-to-day basis.
